Daniel’s firm litigates aggressively and works tirelessly for his clients to achieve the best outcome and highest level of client service. Daniel has represented consumers in over 3,000 debt collection lawsuits with a result of either winning at trial or having the lawsuit dismissed in more than 99% of those cases.  He has successfully represented hundreds of clients, obtaining settlements or judgments against debt collectors, creditors, landlords and other businesses.  Not every case is highly litigated but it helps to have an attorney who can handle cases from the most contested litigation case to the simple settlement.
